I already collected my refund. Service was quite fast in the garden sme. Claim that only outlet that pay out to refund user with cheque. The cheque will clear in 1 working day. So far so good. Didnt opt for s7 edge exchange as i just bought my s7 edge from garage sales. Below 2k and is black onyx with warranty still. Unfortunately they dont allow to transfer the free screen crack protection to my s7 edge.
