QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 14 2016, 08:22 AM) There is lot of difference between A9pro and mimax A9pro wins in build quality, display quality, battery life ( for me 13-14 hours SOT vs 10-11 on MiMax), overall performance, full dual sim and additional slot for ext SD card MiMax s simply cheap budget alternative but 9.9/10 one must reflash firmware for especially 64,128gb as comes with custom vendor rom w tons of bloatware n ad popping stuffs. Local set only 32gb which is global rom without such nonsense. I only like it for its bigger display of 6.4 inch Get the A9 pro if is in your budget - around rm1.6k with discount codes from Lazada n Gemfive. A9pro sounds like a very decent interim replcacement...till s8 or n8 or whatever. but....but...no notification led is really a big turnoff! why samsung u so kiamsiap, led light cheap stuff also u exclude **shakes fist**

QUOTE(Necromancer @ Oct 14 2016, 11:23 AM) The S7E is not the same value compared to the N7. People keep saying it's the best replacement but that would be probably true due to the curved screen. I refuse to pay as much for a phone without stylus. The Note series has always been a powerhouse because of its functions. Basically the lack of stylus really takes away the entire experience. I'm still using N7 though my OP3 has arrived. Will be taking my sweet time to run some comparisons and assess how wide the gap is between these 2 phones. At this point in time I still charge and use N7 while it's fast charging. If I were to leave it overnight I will use the wireless charger simply because it doesn't heat up at all. i'm also getting op3 as a temp replacement. since you have both now, care to give some comments on how they compare and how are you getting use to the "downgrade"?

QUOTE(icyblanca @ Oct 14 2016, 12:19 PM) do you think we'll be able to keep the s-pen this round? this is the best ever s-pen i had used... if u want, just ask nicely. probably this time they wont bother with this sort of stuff anymore. they suppose to destroy all the recalls anyway

QUOTE(CAC@MBO @ Oct 14 2016, 03:40 PM) Big news. My Samsung from Carnival mall called. I ask how long the grace period. She said till 31st Dec 2016 as lots customer don't want exchange. I say I need time to find alternative phone. She confirm till 31st December 2016. Haha. I'll hold till end Nov maybe while waiting v20 or i7plus restock. Hehe 😁😍 good news..it give a bit more breathing space to look for a good replacement. can wait lgv20, or mate 9, maybe even the rumoured refreshed version of op3.

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Oct 19 2016, 05:18 PM) +1. Agreed. Am just worried that the Op3 would be so empty and simple for Note 3 users like us. Note 3 users are too pampered seriously. I cant even go back to the S7E which I migrated from. I also just got an OP3. Used the stock awhile, yes...very light and basic. So i quickly rooted it and flashed Revolution Remix rom, which is based on CM13. Quite happy with it so far. Maybe when i am free will give a longer "compared to Note 7" review.

YES should be the simplest among all the telco. no attach plan and branches everywhere...just refund and take back the phone la. why macam so many issues to settle? other telcos with more complicated plans also put up details already.
seems like the direct participating retailers like YES, courts and senheng are the real blur cocks. macam no contingency plans like that. cmon la...u guys are big nationwide chains, not some kedai runcit somewhere.
