My latest statement stated admin fee rm6.36 (charge for not swipe). So I did swipe on date 20 oct. I a bit confuse now

If the admin fee is per statement cycle, I shouldn't kena charge because I did a transaction on 20 oct

If the admin fee is per month cycle, I shouldn't kena charge on Oct, but Nov is not even half month yet

I have tried. It's buy 1 free 1, but the outlet i went (Tesco Kepong) said they don't have credit card machine. So, I can't enjoy this benefit.

won't bankrupt one lah... the merchant will always claim back from UOB.

I like to correct that AIA insurance can be paid online, however UOB card will not have cash back.

Few of us are paying AIA with PB VS which gives 6% cash back.

In your case I believe just need to call cs to waive it. Yours is good reasoning.

Just that their staff is not train well, until we as customer need to show them for promotion

From this list, Tesco Kepong (No. 20) is entitled for B1F1. Maybe you can show this to the staff? Anyway I always redeem Chatime drinks (Bpoints or voucher) so I hardly buy nowadays.

Hi, do u all have update on payment made through UOB Payonline? I still didn't receive any email notification on the payment status for payment made on 14 Nov morning... I don't know whether I should repay... I paid via YOLO... I doesn't want that to be double payment to my TNB bill later if I repay... I call to UOB to check, but, CS said not successful coz it can't c any authorise transaction on my YOLO card... but, the problem is, UOB will only charge after they "Approved" my payment at payonline... So, the CS word doesn't sound reliable to me... icon_question.gif

Just call them, they may not convert for you, so you just add YOLO and cancel VOX after that.

this is fucking shit coz at 1st previously i called customer service, they said need walk in to branch so ok lol last 2 weeks i go then i sign the application then i was told to submit payslip, epf and bank statements for the application, that's fine coz i already sign the form on fri n the next mon i email all those doc to the banker. the best part is the banker never ever open her email to check it (2 weeks time) and i called her last fri on the status and she start askin when i send the email. the next day a guy from uob call to convert my vox into yolo so i told him i already apply through branch, at that time after i submit those application for 2 weeks i started to cancel the vox. why each stupid idiot give me different answer 1 ???

First, mind your language. This is a serious discussion.
Most of us got our YOLO by calling CS, so if you want to believe or not, up to you.

last week, sent email to request VOX conversion to YOLO card...

then someone A called to perform the T&C thingy...

yesterday, received a SMS from a mobile number (believed to be the someone A who handle my card) mentioned my YOLO card approved by bank and will be send out asap.
