i remembered i read somewhere that if your VOX card no swipe in 1 month, there will be some Annual fees charged.

do i remembered correctly ???

how to check the SmartCash earn in 1Card ???

just now tried to call UOB Call centre, keep mentioning high traffic n suggest internet personal banking or email... i waited until the call got cut off....

no way can have direct contact with UOB CS.... real bad...

Guess, email is the alternate option or rather only option to go

btw, yesterday morning i sent email to request 2 things

1. conversion to YOLO from VOX
2. e-statement problem

last week, sent email to request VOX conversion to YOLO card...

then someone A called to perform the T&C thingy...

yesterday, received a SMS from a mobile number (believed to be the someone A who handle my card) mentioned my YOLO card approved by bank and will be send out asap.

I used email channel to convert my VOX.

Morning email sent, just before 12pm, someone from UOB (I think is UOB telemarketer ) called me to help me on apply Yolo card.

Then just before 5:30pm another call from UOB also want to help me apply Yolo card.
Guess whoever is hardworking early bird get the worm.

Once my Yolo card approved, I received SMS from mobile number (I believed it's d telemarketer number) informing my card is approved n I will be receiving Yolo card soon.

Now whatever shit issue problem I email UOB.
Like my e statement viewing... Keep complaining... I even received call telling my E-statement will be able to view on Monday...

Anyone utilise Smart$ ? Pay for petrol or buy goods?

The BHP petrol station nearby my place seem don't know how to redeem the smart$ or just keep telling machine problem...

I always email to UOB whenever I have any request.

Same goes with Yolo card... I mentioned once I cleared my Vox card, pls terminate. And once d payment updated, the next day Vox no longer appear in my ebanking.

Email UOB and within 2 working days u will receive call to confirm ur request.

In my case, I kena finance charges for the 1 under paid.

Called to complains and UOB make the adjustment and waive the finance charges.

Best is monitor our transactions, if happen to be your case then save up hassle to call UOB.
