My case after cancellation of FCB, the card still show in M2U. So I called CS to remove it from M2U. I happened to have RM2.92 CB from previous month usage. I can't remember if I was the one requested or the CS offered to transfer that CB to my Amex card. But I did get my FCB CB after cancellation.

Same for me, card cancelled. Next month call to transfer CB to savings account. Took 3 weeks to reflect if not mistaken.

Good to know. But not taking chances. Will cancel mine after the CB is credited and then request to transfer out during the cancellation call.

i have 12000 treatspoint that i would like to use to redeem RM25 service tax redemption for my Barcelona card. Is that workable?

I don't have other CC with MBB though. The points seems to be accumulated from the Term Loan account which i have no idea how it was calculated though.

edit: seems like not workable from the search, but i still wonder how i get the points and whether i can use it to redeem things e.g. airmiles, if not the service tax redemption.

This might send like a stupid question. I'm the principal card holder for this card while my family member hold supp card. I'm thinking of cancelling my card but retaining the supp card. So is it possible to "promote" the supp card to principal card?

He/she need to apply for principal card. The liability of principal and supplementary is different.

I usually don't bother to check as I didnt chase Maybank promo, just swipe as usual. But got curious enough to log in, and saw the RM50!

Checking back the campaign period, it was during the 10% FCB month so that month usually max spending. Last hurrah before cutting in 4 days time.

i plan to cancel my FCB (since it's due for sst next month). But I still have the monthly commitments in FCB, can this be transferred to MBB2Card AMEX or MBB Ikhwan Visa?
Also the reason I'm keeping this FCB was because alot of shops offer installment plans with MBB Visa/MC. I still can get this installment plans via Ikhwan Visa, right?

If you have commitment, I don’t think it can works like what you said transfer to your another maybank credit card but still can call up to the customer service and ask about it but don’t put high hope on this
