I called CS and i asked how the cash rebate was calculated. After explaining for 15min, i just asked him to submit dispute..

i plan to cancel my FCB (since it's due for sst next month). But I still have the monthly commitments in FCB, can this be transferred to MBB2Card AMEX or MBB Ikhwan Visa?
Also the reason I'm keeping this FCB was because alot of shops offer installment plans with MBB Visa/MC. I still can get this installment plans via Ikhwan Visa, right? |
