ok, here's some info for everyone. I did call maybank2me a few mins later. totally no records. the card reader is from another bank, maybe Public Bank or AmBank. so it'll take time if interbank.

If you have good CCRIS and have paid their other credit card in time just keep on appealing they will give you the CC card but with certain condition

My Ccris is perfect score and my ctos score is high. I have no problem with other banks except maybank, since i started working with 3.2k salary last time, 5 years later try again still rejected. Whenever ask the reason, they say no reason stated but since appeal also rejected, they cant do anything.

Did you apply at card center? I applied on maybank2u, then got rejected even though I should fulfill all requirements. Next few days, I went and applied in person at maybank card center at gardens, submitted the exact same documents, next day got sms saying card approved and next day they called card ready for collection ^^"

yes, better apply at branch, then if fail then only email them appeal, so far if direct apply online... all failed

oh and, anyone here top up boost or other e wallet with CC then refund to bank account? is it worth to reach the minimum spend of rm 2500 for barcelona? and any fees for the withdraw?

Maybank stops rewards for top up Ewallet by using credit card. Thus no point for us to discuss here. Better to discuss in ewallet thread.

You can apply all together, no need to split into few days.
Their online system is not so reliable, so walk-in is the best.
