finally today got my boost verification approved. for two weeks been trying to get verified.

not sure if this was the solution, before I submit my last verification request (friday), I amend my name in the Full Name field in the personal details to be exact match to nric name (before this it was shortened). and today saw verification went through. it might be luck, who knows..

just some thought in case anybody out there still having hard time trying, try it out if the Full Name didn't tally to nric

Anyone participant in this “Shop at Watsons & Enjoy RM10 Cashback”?

T&C says cashback within 3 working days but I have been waiting since 7 July, i.e. already 6 working days.

Got 10,000 transactions capped, I also doubt that CB finish that fast. Already reported to CS. Awaiting reply.

card-on-file meaning merchant store ur card details and authorise the merchant to bill the cardholder
the auto billing is the bank's part whereby u charge ur CIMB cards for auto billing

CIMB still never honoured both cb and point before while maybank did before this.

Cimb just like gimmicks.
