is Lazada/online category part of the exclusion in the T&C?

you should've mentioned "lazada ewallet" instead of just "lazada" as both are different channel.

Lazada, payment by credit card. Entitled for cashback.
Top up lazada wallet - not entitled.

Both I used it last month.

how about i buy rm100 item and i got rm10 in wallet and pay rm10 by wallet and rest rm90 by card?

You can only choose credit card or lazada wallet.
1st scenario RM100 by credit card, you will get cashback
2nd scenario RM100 by lazada wallet, mean rm 10 balance + top up rm 90 by using credit card. You will not get cashback.

Yes, that is what get me confused. If i earn the TP from Visa Signature, and im not going to convert it to cash and combine with dual card to convert for airmiles. is this possible?

the T&C only mention "other cards --> MBB VS", not the other way round.

perhaps others can advise OR call CS to find out to be certain and faster response.

Still possible in Nov, not sure now, but there are a few channels, E-COMM, ECOMM 2 and ECOMM 3.

Anyways I tried looking at the TnC, it mentioned that "Cash rebate is awarded based on transaction date irrespective of the posting date"

This clause is important for AMEX & MBB FCB.. AMEX need to be weekend spending to get cashback, therefore, txn date is to show the eligibility of the transaction..

For MBB FCB is bcoz of May & Aug will get 10% cashback.. so if ur transaction date fall on May & Aug, but posted in June & Sep, u will get 10% cashback, but use up June & Sep quota
