lots of reports came in. verified getting 2% for everything being charged.

I received the rejection letter via snail mail.
Checked with the agent. She said that letter is sent before CL split.
She said will check the status again on the CL split this morning.
And this morning, she asked me to supply for supporting document for PTPTN.
Wondering why they need that as I'm doing CL split; not asking for CL increase.

my card pending activation already show in M2U, and they upped my CL.. forget i set delivery address at where already

It seems minimum CL for this Barcelona VS is 8k, I believe yours has minimum RM8k after split?

The culprit is PTPTN.

Was it auto generated mail from your initial request before you ask for CL split ? Actually I tried to request for CL split previously but the CS told m I can't do that and I need to submit the application form and eventually it will be a shared limit .... so between CS also the info not consistent ...

they need more documents to justify the approval, of which by normal policies he already failed numerously.

Well, I did mine in 2015 with no issue, but again that was 2015.

I did submit the CL split document.

Actually if you want to set maximum spending you should set 5k or something like that, as you don't (have to) pay your bill exactly on statement date, and can continue to build up interest-free spending for the next 20 days....
