I think their online application very sensitive. Even I'm holding M2C Plat which is more qualified than this new VS,
also within few minutes rejected.

Regarding your rejection, just send an email to them. Mine was rejected last year when I applied the generic VS card via online and got after appealed.

Hmm. I got mine that way. Quoted to them the online application reference no. and asked them why it's rejected because fulfilled income requirement. Then, politely asked what can I do to appeal. They replied and asked for my latest income document, which I submitted my payslip. After that I got approved.
I know mine will be like this too, so didn't waste my time and applied via card centre.

Well, I prefer everything in writing.

Nevertheless, their cards are one of the better ones out there, so I gotta bear with all the inconveniences.

If I am not mistaken U also get rejection when applying for PBB CC, could it be similar reasons like overBT, PTPTN?

applying fcb vs from m2u was my 1st time. all these while i always walk-in to The Gardens maybankard centres to apply & pickup various MBB cards.

ohman, it was not a good experience with m2u application:

- uncertain rejection from m2u.
- delivery status unknown.
- delivery address uncertain/mixed up (in my case, seems like MBB chooses their preferred delivery address instead of my explicit selection in M2U form).
- portal error, intermittent.
- unable to upload supporting docments, intermittent.
by walking-in to card centres:

- hassle-free especially you're an existing mbb cardholder. literally no form to fill yourself (staff fill for you ). the only time i touches the form is to sign on it
- quick application, submission, and approval status.
- pickup at the same location.

downside: you must be near or easily accessible to card centres (travel cost/time/parking/toll/etc), else the usual m2u/email application would suffice but takes longer time to deliver.
