Thanks for your confirmation.

Sorry for being paranoid.

I just obey the principle of “caveat emptor” (buyer beware), and want to be on the safe side.
Just as you said, the cashback is granted to each cardholder of Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature, and is same as other credit cards from Maybank. So, it should not be an issue.
I think that you understand my anxiety. Let me list an example. Let’s assume both cardholders make just a single grocery transaction in a single calendar month.
Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature:
Cardholder A: Use the card on 1st November 2017 to pay for RM 100 worth of grocery in ÆON BiG. Cashback of RM 2 is granted on 1st December 2017.
Cardholder B: Use the card on 23th November 2017 to pay for RM 100 worth of grocery in ÆON BiG. Cashback of RM 2 is granted on 1st December 2017.
ÆON BiG Visa Gold/Classic Card:
Cardholder A: Use the card via Paywave on 1st November 2017 to pay for RM 100 worth of grocery in ÆON BiG. Cashback of RM 5 is granted.
Cardholder B: Use the card via Paywave on 23th November 2017 to pay for RM 100 worth of grocery in ÆON BiG. Since the monthly total cash rebate pool (that caters for all cardholders, for Visa Paywave transactions) is depleted, no cashback is granted.
So, for cardholders of ÆON BiG Visa Gold/Classic Card, transactions must be performed as early as possible in a calendar month. However, for Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature, the cardholder has the freedom to spend anytime in a calendar month, as the 2% cashback belongs exclusively to that cardholder.
Yeah, as you said, I was overthinking too much.

Alright, I should just enjoy using Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature, as it is, for general spending.
