But the opposite way , chances high get approval. Just need to fills up form and submit documents, if the rules for conventional to Islamic apply.

No such thing la. Many of us also got it within the same day and we are also existing cardholders. I got mine on the day it was launched, applied at 2 p.m. and got it at 6 p.m. from The Gardens.
