You guys are already at the Club 28 which most of us are in anyway. Welcome and it's normal according to TM. You can't complain anyway since it's above 80% of TM's promised speed and even 90% which stipulated in MCMC site.

But the upload for chan01 is abnormal, please complain to TM.

I used to get 32 Mbps (D/L) and 11 Mbps (U/P) even through wifi connection. Lately, I tend to get 28 Mbps (D/L) and 10 Mbps (U/L).

Most of us been there, done that and accepted new lowered speed since can't complain much. I did once before they started to charge RM 53 to users but nothing can be done.

I bought my own router but doesn't make any difference. I have tried stock router, other routers all clocked same speed.

can i know what is the orignal setting tm use for their Mode, Channel Width, Channel under the router setting for both 2.4ghz and 5 ghz? coz the setting got messed up by one of the housemate and now the serving webpage speed slow down after he go change the setting there. the router is c5. If possible pm me the whole tm c5 router setting. otherwise have to pay rm53 for tm to come set it. Tq.

They did? OMG, I didn't know that. Then it will be more difficult to make complaints against TM.
Where did you see it by the way? unsure.gif

Club46 will ensue next year once the speed upgrade exercise is in full swing, then again...personally I dont give too much expectation about the speed upgrade considering the quality now is kinda degrading with frequent disconnection and slow download speed

Club94 already started 2 months ago...as i mention before its just the speedtest result, in the real time download i can get constantly 100Mbps and a bit more. So it's not bother me at all.

There's no more cheaper option if you insist on using Unifi or else you could consider Maxis Fiber at RM149 for 10 Mbps.

I have doubt with Maxis Fibre unless they have improved a lot over the years.
