So many variations of exchange requirements Just bring the whole box and the accessories n if one so desired negotiate to keep the accessories My ex unit from Courts I read here at least 5 different versions of exchange !!

Ya that's why i said is the problem of local dealer. Some allow to exchange without accessory some will not.

Hi all, no need to lie or do anything funny, just tell the store straight that you want to keep the accessories as allowed by Samsung. As some has already confirmed this, I also call Samsung and had a live chat with them too, we can opt not to return. The store cannot remove the accessories from the new phone to replace whatever we didn't return. Also as mentioned, confirmed by Sunway branch too. We can keep the old accessories.
No need fight with them, if they really disallow, just move on. No need fight over small matter.

my appointment on 29th 10am. touch & go then reapply clear coat. i dn need transfer/backup or argument bout accessories. wasting time. as an owner of most high tech note device, this is how the replacement should be. mesra, cepat dan betul  so many yadi yada ding dong just make u looks stupid.

mine is Oct 4th latest. as I requested to exchange it at SC level which I got my loan phone of S6 Edge+, but bought from Pyramid. Try asked him whether can change color or not. Suddenly feels like Silver is nicer / Gold. haha. He said he will find it out for me.
