Which Samsung store is that? Usually Samsung in KL Center won't bother if you are the original buyer as long you have the set and receipt.

Why note7 so many prob 1....I was about to make up my mine to buy it as I love my note3 and note4 hesitated due to non renovable batt but discovered battery case so dicided to go ahead but now these fragile curve screen...

Read the comment section as I hsve drop my note 3 many times no prob until today but this note 7 some pipu even say got case if the angle ngam ngam also will crack ...aiyoooohhhh

Just received call from Samsung Malaysia regarding the exchange. Those who have purchased smart care warranty will be refunded through 3 available methods, either cash, bank transfer or cheque. He / she will record down the method that chosen by you and you may get back your refund at Samsung Service Centre where you purchased your smart care warranty from. Hope this helps.

It's true. Samsung giving a loan phone, if you are lucky you will S6 Edge. Another forumite here said will get J7.
The drawback is if there is scratch or problem, need to pay for the repair.
