been auto play & charging with fast charging the whole day and even during driving (fast charge adapter for car)

Very simple ... if you don't have the charger, cable, headset and USB connector in the box, take these out from the new replacement unit and put them in the old N7 box.

Sending to the SC would mean that you will be getting Original parts and expecting professional repair at a higher cost. But due to their KPI in diagnostic, if certain components is found to be faulty they will replace the whole section. Usually cost a bomb if no warranty.

outside shop might not have such practice. LCD crack, replace LCD, no need to replace backlid.

I will able to refund back the money due to some special request~
take back the money and buy the apple.

samsung note 7 2nd hand value drop 99 after this case happen.

Maxis set return is between 9th to 22nd. You've to return to the maxis CENTRE that you collect your device

Then I ask CS

me: once I returned, I got no phone to use. How?
CS: we will arrange a phone loan to you
Me: what phone?
CS: we dunno yet as there's no update
Me: I inform u first, I don't want Note 2 3 4, i also don't want S3 4 5 6, 6 Edge, 6 Edge Plus. I want either note 5 or s7 edge

These are the most reasonable comments so far. You guys are right, people here are more concerned on what will happen to their expensive screen protector or body wrap applied, their expensive backcover and their 1 year lcd warranty. Isnt the safety and wellbeing of our ownself the main priority when such issues crop up? Tbh, my note 7 has been lying in my drawer since Samsung announced a recall. I would not want to risk myself or my family just because I paid rm3k for it. Morever, Samsung has already announced a recall and possibly a refund which I think is fair enough.

i mean is old phone vivo phone spoiled. thus got this note 7 to use.
wish i could put it on box and wait for 29 sept for replacement but can't. no spare phone to use.

my devices heat up to 40 celcius when charging from 60 % to 87%, should i stop it? im abit worried, so i plugged off from the wall charger, using fast charger anyway. is it normal?
