yesterday cs told me that quite a lot user try to refund.. hmm..

they will call u about detail, cs told me that may take about 1 week

i just notice that samsung malaysia change their banner to s7 edge… why?!! nothing to shame mah… lol

yes , it can be refund. I already check with cs last few day ago.
but some of member said cannot request refund. for this case, I really dont know liao lo

just want to ask that what kind if loan phone we can get during submit the phone to samsung service center? s7 edge?

Let's talk and share about my case,

I already called to cs few time ago to follow up my complicated situation.

Sept 29 - Spet 30 in KL and ready to fly to japan.
Oct 1 to Oct 9 i will be at japan trip.

since the airasia already banned the phone to turn on and some blah blah negetive issue, I already make refund for my first ever samsung phone note 7.

yesterday, I am been told by cs that i am able to make refund but need to wait the payment about 2 week. ( mean that i cannot buy other phone with good camare in short time ), but they allow me to loan a phone when waiting the payment.

today, this is different story from what i heard from cs.
before I am going to return the note 7 to service center , i make a call to confirm with them. SADLY, they said no such thing that refund can still get the loan phone. then I call to cs with my report number talk to them agian. the cs confirm with me that sure will get the loan phone and they will call the service center branch to confirm agian.

after 10min waiting, 180 degree changed . they said no loan phone during submit your phone to refund. then i said how about the payment? I am ok if you samsung paid me before 29. but they said that not sure how many day will taken during refund period.

I suggest that how about I use the note 7 with my risk until Oct 9 then refund.. since u samsung no sure when the payment start to process? they said not sure yet and mostly not allow. DAMN SON.

They also recommend that me that please return the phone for refund as fast as possible before sep 29 then I ask .. :"hello ? then I use what phone?"

cs also diam diam cannot do anything and no giving any solution about this issue.. so I suggest them please call me after your top management give me some solution.

WTH? this will be my first and last samsung device in my life for sure. thank you.

it is still the best phone of 2016 yo… let pump some positive post while waiting the refund/replacement . piece

I just received the call about the smart warranty (RM248) refund.
During the call , you need confirm with them with your device information and choose which method you prefer to refund (i choose the bank in). only Sept 29 onward will receive the payment.
