Good news. Just called the careline. He actually ask us not to do refund, he will escalated to top management and see how they can compensate those already bought the warranty with something diff (same value rm248). Maybe gift, discount voucher etc.
I tell him i also don't want hassle on refund for warranty. |

Spoken to SC at the mine just now
user need to repair any physical damage before exchange made meaning..if ur screen cracked u need to change first then only recall can proceed..same with missing s pen |
