Replacement set can be collected starts on 29/9/2016 and onwards at nearest Courts branches. Provided with prove of purchase. 2. You will be contacted by our Courts staff by September 29th, 2016 for the confirmation. 3. Replacement will be 1 to 1 exchange – same as per customer order (customer can’t change the color of the Samsung Galaxy Note7) 4. Customer will get a brand new set of Samsung Galaxy Note7. Not a recycle set. 5. Replacement of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 is prior to "1 to 1" – Customer only need to bring the phone. 6. The brand new replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 set that will be replace for customers, comes with an apology card and 2 freebies courtesy of Samsung Mobile Malaysia. not samsung fault on SOP. just the authorized dealer/svc ctr ppl are cagey. they will try their best to cheat ppl. typical.
