With regards to enquiry, please find the procedure for the exchange policies after discussion between Courts Malaysia and Samsung Mobile Malaysia.

1. Replacement set can be collected starts on 29/9/2016 and onwards at nearest Courts branches. Provided with prove of purchase.

2. You will be contacted by our Courts staff by September 29th, 2016 for the confirmation.

3. Replacement will be 1 to 1 exchange – same as per customer order (customer can’t change the color of the Samsung Galaxy Note7)

4. Customer will get a brand new set of Samsung Galaxy Note7. Not a recycle set.

5. Replacement of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 is prior to "1 to 1" – Customer only need to bring the phone.

6. The brand new replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 set that will be replace for customers, comes with an apology card and 2 freebies courtesy of Samsung Mobile Malaysia.

  Screen crack protector – 1 years
  Screen crack insurance – 1 years

No idea, but I understand accessories will also be replaced, give 1 whole new phone with box and accessories. haha! Well, not sure.

I just called and they gave me a different answer aka solution-less. Told me to collect the faulty phone and do the exchange on my own! They have no SOPs I guess. Every agent gives different "solution".

Update: saw your newer posting. Morning and afternoon different answer huh.. they really playing with our feelings

Well they said replace at nearest courts branch. But i think before replacement they will call us for arrangement.

not samsung fault on SOP. just the authorized dealer/svc ctr ppl are cagey. they will try their best to cheat ppl. typical.

I don't think so lah. Will u accept a new phone without box? How we know it has been abused prior?

I will only accept newly SEALED phone with box.
