i just get called by samsung, and i ask for the screen warranty stuff..then the representative divert my phone to another people who sound more pro , answering my question in professional way, .... so the answer i get from her is : the compensation gift is 1 tented glass screen protector & 1 screen crack protector (more tough protect than tented glass =.= which is she say)..... so thats mean no such 1 year protection warranty stuff... the final is 2 slide of screen protector.... i dunno its really final confirm or not but at least she sound confidence ..hahhaa at last i suggest them announce this to their fb with photo attach to avoid the mistake because the last post they post is 1 year warranty.. i hope they can explain tis on fb asap... may be the next person who receive call can looking for her to answer your question... her name is Tiffany... hope this help u guys..

just receive call from samsung 03-77137477..
Regarding the screen protect warranty issue, they confirm can refund rm148 to us whoever brought it before the recall.. but i ask them how to refund ? cash / cheque, refund at SC or by mail? then they cant give me any confirm answer and throw back to marketing... so i need to wait another person to call me again...!
honestly the pass week i dunno receive how many call from samsung and dunno how many different answer i got from them...haihz...
