I don't understand what is rollover and campaign rate and effective campaign rate. All these are meant to confuse the customers without giving concrete examples.

anyway, just ask them the average rate of the package "Kadar Purata" will do. instead of manipulating the "rollover" terminology.

Yes, can negotiate. But you need to have X amount for them to consider these "special rates"
some may need rates more than 30k. some need 100k... so yeah

which bank can do that? somehow i feel 30k or 100k still too low an amount to be able to negotiate
