Much like the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, it will not be available on the Galaxy Note 7. However, Samsung’s Adaptive Fast Charging is here – which is about the speed of Quick Charge 2.0 from Qualcomm. So you’ll be able to charge your Galaxy Note 7 quickly, but perhaps not as quickly as a Quick Charge 3.0 charger would allow. That’s a bit unfortunate, but this is likely to keep the user experience the same for everyone, since their Exynos processors don’t support Quick Charge 3.0.

No new official launch date has been given. As of now, the unofficial release date stands on 9th September 2016 although this date may change again depending on the severity of the global supply constraint

i also ordered the same day as you from Lazada. I received mine yesterday.. usually the delivery date will be as stipulated when you purchase, if did not receive, can call Lazada and ask for refund.. look out for TnC

When you guys get your baby, I would suggest not taking off the plastic sticker from the flash/heart sensor... if it is the same as the S7 Edge, that part is made of plastic and is prone to scratches even if you have a case on.

Check that you have received all the items... not working is not the courier company fault unless it was damaged by them

I called Courts. they said I'm out of the 250 units pre-order.
But I have clearly seen I'm purchasing the pre-order unit which is entitled for 10% discount, freebies and first to own exactly same offer from SME.
It's ridiculous!!! Courts saying their system faulty unable to limit the number of orders and now they "generously" give me the 10% discount. wtf. I can't accept.
and they never inform me throughout this 10 days until I called.

The Extreme Pro series is good for 4k video recording I believe, because high write speeds are needed. Other than that, I don't see any issues with the slower cards.

I bought the Sandisk Extreme 90mb/s 128gb for RM249 from Viewnet in lowyat, the only fair and reasonable dealer in lowyat. Most of the shops in there marked up price higher than Viewnet and some are asking to charge you additional 2% for paying with credit card. Lowyat is like a wolves' den.
I think you need a Sandisk Extreme, no need to go for Extreme Plus or Pro, for a smooth 4k video recording. I'm not sure though. Your Sandisk Ultra will work just fine on Note 7.

same goes for my 6s+..im very clumsy and thus i always go for the commuter as it has done a wonderful job so far..and it is decided that this case would protect my future note 7 too..

If you order from Digi, they will deliver a NEW simcard along with the phone delivery. You just need to use the new card and activate it.

to activate, myDigi website... check your order. there's a link to activate the SIM card. might not be wise to do this if you have an existing SIM/ service and your current phone isn't using NANO SIM.

i dun think you can use the microSD as part of internal storage (some phones can).
so, not really going to be an issue if you're just going to store movies/ music files.
as for recording video, if you worry... can always just save in internal memory first. end of day, move to card. ya, can be troublesome.

Asked them about the SP, tomorrow only arrive. RM 109, don't know why so many different prices. Not worth RM 109 too expensive but worried without SP. Hopefully can last few weeks until the better SP is in the market

hehe, same like senheng/SenQ... very long ago my friend had 1 experience with senheng~ he bought LG old touchscreen not even android model with price around 899... senheng offer 2+2 years warranty within the 2nd years the phone shown problem and cannot be fixed due to the model already stop production and LG really really is rare in malaysia. senheng replace him with LG Optimus One which cost the same~ i can remember this because the smurf+big bang are promoting LG Optimus One that time. nowdays if possible i still go senheng to purchase latest device, even apple they offer 1+1 warranty without purchase any apple care plan.

I'm asking coz i'm planning to buy the backpack also but seems a little bulky and no protection ... also curious what will happen if you stick the backpack to your phone and then the whole bundle put on the wireless charger ... it will charge both the backpack and phone together? lol.... hope u dont mind to try this and let me know cheers

I must bring my powerbank everywhere as I also have other phones. So in unlucky time my backpack and Note 7 low in battery, powerbank should help me everytime.
Will let you know tomorrow. Currently no USB type C to charge my backpack, the battery is half out of the box.

They just marked up whatever the price they like. They were like oh boy RM39 was soo cheap. Supply is gonna run short. Let's sell it for RM 109 or 129. Somebody is gonna pay for it.

hehe, same like senheng/SenQ... very long ago my friend had 1 experience with senheng~ he bought LG old touchscreen not even android model with price around 899... senheng offer 2+2 years warranty within the 2nd years the phone shown problem and cannot be fixed due to the model already stop production and LG really really is rare in malaysia. senheng replace him with LG Optimus One which cost the same~ i can remember this because the smurf+big bang are promoting LG Optimus One that time. nowdays if possible i still go senheng to purchase latest device, even apple they offer 1+1 warranty without purchase any apple care plan.

The extended warranty is the only thing worth considering. The other freebies are very basic and of no value, honestly. Definitely can. All SME Malaysia sets are eligible for extended warranty, including Malaysia telco sets.

So stupid if they can simply sell at any price they want, Samsung should have a more controlled RSP. Anyway, Sunway store told me it's 1 piece SP at RM 109, compared to 2 pieces at RM 39. It will be interesting to see what's the difference tomorrow. Anyway RM 109 for sure I'll not buy, not worth the price for Samsung SP
