I called Courts. they said I'm out of the 250 units pre-order.

But I have clearly seen I'm purchasing the pre-order unit which is entitled for 10% discount, freebies and first to own exactly same offer from SME.

It's ridiculous!!! Courts saying their system faulty unable to limit the number of orders and now they "generously" give me the 10% discount. wtf. I can't accept.

and they never inform me throughout this 10 days until I called.

anyone can tell me how to raise complaint to the Courts management?

I ordered on 8 August 2016 10.30am.. They can't provide the proof saying I'm out of the 250 units and never inform me until I call.

I will keep email them and maybe visit the shop if I unable to receive it this 2 days.

Angry mad!
