how to get the tracking number if they didn't update the website?

That would be me, they already contacted me this evening on my gold unit delay. However i will still be there tomorrow to collect my other black unit (luckily house nearby). Can't say im disappointed since its only delayed for few days, pity those who in even worse predicament.

Worst is no tracking number... I called up airpak like an idiot ytd hoping to get a tracking number from them @@... now waiting 9.30 to call SenHeng...

Just got my unit from SenHeng, Airpak guy called me few times to get the unit. 

No extra free gift besides those standard free gifts.

Phew .. after running here and there.. finally managed to collect both from SME and Airpak(senheng delivery)...
Good news is there is free travel adapter from both side

call them instead of them calling you.. for my case I dont think they will give me a call before delivery...they going to deliver then no ppl collect from them only they will call.

Finally arrived from SenHeng. The AhNeh delivery guy gave it to one of my colleague, instead of putting his IC number, he put his Passport number, frighted the hell out of me, thought some cleaner or random person collected.
