If you order from Digi, they will deliver a NEW simcard along with the phone delivery. You just need to use the new card and activate it.

Currently its only available to those pre-order at 8-10 Aug. Official launch date of this phone is said to be tomorrow but was postponed to September. Exact date is still not confirm.

for alternative you might want to check out the Garage sales section to see if anyone is selling their pre order set. Expect no discount thou.
