WTF, just now when I clicked the s pen to take it out it went in and got stuck.. AGAIN.

First time took out the box, already stuck inside and I had to go to the service center to take it out. I thought it would be end of that problem.

did I receive a faulty unit or what? Any experts here can advise what to do?
