want to complain but TM respond that my area will be soon upgrade to unifi middle of the this year.. regarding the goodies , they only offer me webe package but i reject

Streamyx customers and unsatisfied Unifi customers should complain to SKMM (https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/) and Biro Pengaduan Awam (http://www.pcb.gov.my/bm).

i also got complaint to tm, they say my area will get unifi very soon

i dunno if i should be satisfied with that answer

currently using streamyx 8mbps

"soon" is too general.. Dec 2017 also "soon"

maybe you wanna request satisfying answer for that "soon" from TM by letters, email, etc officially

Very annoyed at how they treat streamyx customers differently to unifi customers. How do they justify rewarding unifi double the internet speed thats roughly $50 in difference, yet rewarding streamyx customers hypptv package worth just $30? WEBE is just the worst deal out there and GEMFIVE is just laughable. I can get free coupons worth more than what TM can offer me. While UNIFI upgrade is totally free and stays forever, streamyx only given the hypptv package for only 12 months.

Kudos TM. Not only you were able to create dissatisfaction among streamyx customers by giving different price plans, you've also wedged a gap between unifi and streamyx users. Way to go showing your unfair treatment to your loyal customers (some who have stayed with you for more than a decade).

I didn't ask for upgrade, I didn't ask for any reward. Frankly, I'm happy to pay my bills with the package I initially subscribe for. But this report is to protect customers like myself and people in this thread against monopolizing companies like TM who are out to be selective and cunning in your marketing promos. You were given funds by government using money from RAKYAT pocket to improve the broadband in Malaysia, yet only a handful of customers get to enjoy the investment. Thanks for the great example you've shown for 2017.

Hey guys, I recently upgraded my streamyx from 1mpbs to 4mpbs @ RM120 and my area is unifi covered. I am not planning to change to unifi because I would to keep my current number.

Can I still write to CFM/SKMM on this current feud?

Did you mean, you want to keep your current phone number? You can keep your current phone number. You don't have to cancel the landline, if you dont want to. You just need to add unifi, that comes with its own voip phone which you can choose not to use it. That means you will have two separate bills. One bill is your current landline phone bills. Another bill is unifi bill (this bills will include internet + voip phone charges, if you use the phone).

You not getting the free speed upgrade? Maybe your place dont support 30mbps. TM should offer reduce price instead
