Hey guys, I recently upgraded my streamyx from 1mpbs to 4mpbs @ RM120 and my area is unifi covered. I am not planning to change to unifi because I would to keep my current number.
Can I still write to CFM/SKMM on this current feud?

QUOTE(zeese @ Jan 26 2017, 09:15 AM) Did you mean, you want to keep your current phone number? You can keep your current phone number. You don't have to cancel the landline, if you dont want to. You just need to add unifi, that comes with its own voip phone which you can choose not to use it. That means you will have two separate bills. One bill is your current landline phone bills. Another bill is unifi bill (this bills will include internet + voip phone charges, if you use the phone). I am not planning to sign up for unifi. I am planning to write to CFM for the double speed, from 4mbps to 8mbps.

QUOTE(mylinear @ Jan 26 2017, 11:36 AM) Your 4M is RM120? Not RM130? What is the package name? How did you upgrade? Did they call with an offer? Was on 1mbps when TM called. Apparently they have some sort of promotion and offered 4mbps for extra Rm10 with one year contract renewal. So I took it. I don't recall the promotion name actually.
