Bulan lepas aku pergi tmpoint, dapat je free upgrade 4mbps ke 8mbps. RM140 dan dapat hypptv.

My friend already gets a free upgrade to 8Mbps for RM140 last year, but when I ask TM, they say there is no free upgrade yet. I pay 140 for 4Mbps for about 2 years and already Streamyx subscriber for 8 years (from old package 384kbps).

Then last month, I go to TM to pay a bill and found promotion paper 8Mbps with promo price Rm140, 4Mbps/Rm130. I ask akak at the counter, does old subscriber can upgrade to get the new price. She says no, the promotion only for new customer.

this really unfair.

Cakap nak upgrade je, then tanya boleh dapat ke pakej promo 8mbps @rm140. Terus dapat, kontrak renew 2 tahun.

4mbps tu dah habis kontrak, guna dari 2009.

same lah.want to reduce 170-8mbps to RM140 but reject by TM..
later potong my tm.after 3 day HQ call,then i get 140..

kalau tidak puas hati just potong la ur streamyx. i thought now have option already like maxis fiber, times and so on

they got the funds..but due to malaysia boleh land "sub con sub con" practices, the costs becomes higher.
