Very annoyed at how they treat streamyx customers differently to unifi customers. How do they justify rewarding unifi double the internet speed thats roughly $50 in difference, yet rewarding streamyx customers hypptv package worth just $30? WEBE is just the worst deal out there and GEMFIVE is just laughable. I can get free coupons worth more than what TM can offer me. While UNIFI upgrade is totally free and stays forever, streamyx only given the hypptv package for only 12 months.

Kudos TM. Not only you were able to create dissatisfaction among streamyx customers by giving different price plans, you've also wedged a gap between unifi and streamyx users. Way to go showing your unfair treatment to your loyal customers (some who have stayed with you for more than a decade).

I didn't ask for upgrade, I didn't ask for any reward. Frankly, I'm happy to pay my bills with the package I initially subscribe for. But this report is to protect customers like myself and people in this thread against monopolizing companies like TM who are out to be selective and cunning in your marketing promos. You were given funds by government using money from RAKYAT pocket to improve the broadband in Malaysia, yet only a handful of customers get to enjoy the investment. Thanks for the great example you've shown for 2017.
