Who ever come out with this 'Thank You Surprise' never expect such an outcry from disgruntled streamyx sufferer. Hope TM come up with a rm10-30 discount to pacify us. Wishful thinking?

According to TM the THANK YOU SURPRISE offer of rm79 Webe with rm10 discount from existing TM bill is only valid for new Webe subscriber. For existing Webe user u need to subscribe a new Webe account then cancel d existing one.

I remember there is a video of a disgruntled TM customer who treated the TM staffs aggressively and eventually got good service. What if many unhappy customers zero in to one TMpoint to ask for better treatment? Would that make a diff?
