It's hard to find Asics with wide version here, but i have seen in Japan, US . You can look for Brooks, New Balance, Mizuno, common to see 2E, but 4E is less seen nowadays due to popularity gua. You need to add 1/2 or 1 size bigger for 2E shoes. Try it yourself if it is too loose or too tight. |

Runners sifu,
Anyone of you have experience after running your body skin got red rashes? I believe its due to my bigger size in nature and constant rubbing of skin towards fabric and sweat resulted the red rashes.. Any solution to prevent the red rashes? Any lotion / cream can be applied in advance before any run? Or buying specific gears / equipments / accessories ? |

QUOTE(chinti @ Mar 8 2017, 08:50 PM) alright, thanks for the info. Hi there, disclaimer i'm not a pro runner but i am currently using vivosmart HR. it's a decent heart rate tracker but as you would know it's without gps hence the device does not accurately track your pace/distance unless you input your stride length accurately. If I'm not mistaken Fitbit Charge2 is not water resistant but the vivosmart hr is..that's a plus right there. however do note that this doesn't mean vivosmart hr is a good tracker if you were to take it to the swimming pool (it almost doesn't track anything accurately when you're swimming; not even the heart rate) Fitbit devices do look more 'fashionable' though...guys, fitbit charge 2 or garmin vivosmart hr better? the old version of vivosmart hr not hr+, they r both same price. |
