anyone know where to buy calf compression sleeve tht helps with cramp?
*
Not much helps on the cramps but most on the endurance part will help out
cramp may based with alot of factors ..
such as lack of mileage/training, lack of mineral .etc

i was hoping it could help wit endurance a bit more thus delaying the cramp in my legs. for my case im not sure but i always get legs cramp when im pushing myself too hard, even if i use my legs too much during workout.

bought 2XU compression performance run socks, will review it later tonight

Hey guys, here to review the 2XU compression socks that I bought previously. So I wear them n went for a 10km run two days already and wow this socks really helps. My calf doesn't cramp at all and my legs feel more refresh when wearing them.

The bad thing bout this sock is they r really hard to put on... It took me ten minutes just to put them on...

Used to have knee pain. Bought those knee support pads but problems still persist. Did some core muscle strength exercise and the pain magically disappear rclxs0.gif

Wasted good money for buying those knee support pads.

Hi all, recently I bought a HRM strap and start monitoring my HR during my run. I notice my heart rate just going up constantly and only able to reduced when I reduce my pace. Example:

I studied some of other runners' chart and found a lot of them looks like this:

Am I did something wrong? How to achieve this kinda consistent chart without sacrifice my pace (or even stop to walk to rest my heart).. or is it because I still need a lot more training?

Found something relevant but not sure if it helps: https://runnersconnect.net/coach-corner/why...-by-heart-rate/

Please advise, thanks notworthy.gif
