Glycerin 13 is the premium version for the Ghost 9, if you can afford Glycerin 13 then is better ..
but Glycerin 13 is end of 2015 stocks, if can get Glycerin 14 will be good .

if im not mistaken, flat feet requires extra padding socks. anyone here using forerunner 35 or polar m200? how is it? im using forerunner 10 but thinking of upgrading to something with wrist heart rate detection.

Serius question.

If i can run at world record marathon pace, 2:58min/km while crossing a 4 lane highway, why can't i expect at least a 2:20 marathon time. I have a feeling it's a shoe problem or maybe compression socks problem.

Please help.

You have serius problem. Either consistency or mental preparation. hmm.gif

Which Garmin smart watch would you guys recommend? A device that can track swimming besides running and integrate well with iOS.
I only know about vivosmart HR and fernix 3.

you wouldn't wanna get a Polar due to the warranty and repair is a hassle.

for peace of mind buy - get Garmin

I alternate between Brooks PureDrift and PureFlow 5 for road running. Merrell Bare Access Trail for trail running and OCRs.

Sometimes get some chaffing from improper lacing, especially trail run and OCR, but 95% of the time got nothing (maybe the skin got thickened over the years).

But all of the shoes are seamless, so there won't be any chaffing spots within the shoes rclxms.gif

Is this the Jabra Sports Pulse ? If yes, good luck to you. Mine was spoilt (could not be switched on) quite a number of times and I had to get a replacement everytime it malfunctioned. Finally they replaced my unit with the Jabra Sports Pulse Special Edition which is a much improved version. After that, no more issue. It works like a charm

I respect those who run with phone and wired headphones on. It's bulky IMO

I wish there's a product that is wireless with Spotify integration that is not bulky.

Hope to get idea from everyone here
