No way my family let me swim/compete in open water haha. So yeah maybe just running watch... was thinking to just get fr30? Can you guys please recommend me a suitable ASICS shoe or any shoe from other brands that is suitable for trail running?
Minlon Serdang there got warehouse sales, want to buy a good pair of running shoes for a change. Before this I just keep on wearing cheap-ass RM50 BATA Power shoes and have to change them every 3 months due to high mileage.

Why not u buy 2 Bata shoes, and rotate it take turn wearing. With this, ur shoes can last longer. For trail running shoe, Brooks is most wear by friends around me. |

Asics trail running shoe not suitable local technical terrain, sure will GG big time As our lejendarlie Vinnann the great spoken, Brooks Cascadia can handle most of the cases .. also value for bucks  |
