I see. That's something new. Very interesting. Many thanks for sharing bro. I will definitely try it out tomorrow morning.

I always start running from the Putrajaya mosque (near PM's office) all the way down to Taman Wawasan and make it way back to the mosque. You can get 13.5 km on that track.

This is the 10.5k track that I mentioned earlier : https://www.malaysia-traveller.com/cycling-in-putrajaya.html

Usually I do 2 loops on my MTB, 1 loop for runs.

There is a 6.5k track (3.25k one way) at Putrajaya Lake Club northwards passing through Ayer 8 waterfront, which I think can stretch further northwards after the terminus signboard and further southwards of the lake club police station. Its not a loop so you will double back same way. This one is less congested and serene, but lack of tree covers at the upper half for hot afternoon runs.

Do you have a map of the 13.5k? For 13.5k I am guessing you go inside Taman Wawasan itself?

I'm afraid I don't have any maps for the 13.5 km track.

But yes, you have to go inside Taman Wawasan itself.

Happy running bro ! thumbup.gif

Really ? And it cost you how much ?

I read a lot of positive reviews about Ultraboost though.

Well I am similar weight as you and i have flat feet. I bought the Nike Flex RN 2017 at a discounted price at 1U yesterday. I havent started to run with it yet but it sure is comfortable for me at least. The other one thats comfortable is Asics Gel Kayano but at that price point its too expensive for me. Maybe when I have better stamina and the Nike breaks i will get that biggrin.gif

Hi, what's your budget like?
For Neutral, perhaps try Pegasus 34, On Cloudflow, UA Charged Bandit, Brooks Ghost 10.

i go to Alikhsan megastore bangi with foot pain when jog.

They ask me to buy gel quantum 360 for my foot. They say i under pronation just by refferring my pain area.

Then i wore it and suddenly the pain got worsen...

and the suddenly i realize my foot is 2E, so i change my lace for wide food type. The pain gone. But another problem appear. The normal size give me irritation aroung thalmus area.

A friend ask me go to brooks. By stading at the machine they said im mild pronation

They ask me to but Brooks GTs i dont remember but it i 4E.

I dont buy the brooks because it is same with my nephew. I ask my nephew to swap the brooks shoe with my brand new gel quantum.

Now i brist walk with brook shoes. But the pain came from another area.....

its like if i run with this brook shoes i must change my jogging style.

The problem is when i switch to trail shoes for trail jog.... then come back use this brooks run shoes... i will feel pain again up to my knee..

the question is why?

I would suggest you go look for a specialist to check on the pain. It could be ligament or some sort. Not trying to scare you but its just a precaution.

On the side note, I am actually looking for a device that could play musics like Spotify without needing to bring my phone around my waist. I saw this https://bemighty.com/ that could play spotify music on the go without needing to spend so much on a watch. Any other stuffs that I could play musics? I already have my bluetooth earphone so I dont think i will get a mp3 headphone or some sort.. hmmm..... hmm.gif

The answer is you are injured. Take a rest from running. Give your foot time to heal. 1 injury can lead to other injuries if you not careful.

Running in tarmac is high impact activity. Hope you get well soon

Anyone do trail running here? Just had a taste last Monday at Bukit Kiara and I'm really hooked. Way more fun than road running, but of course you can't really go the distance with it. But my hammies, glutes, lower back and hips were totally shot yesterday.

You would be surprised with UA charged bandit, go give it a try.
unfortunately non of the ones I recommended are in that budget range, perhaps Pegasus 33, or the older batches of Pegasus 34.
