QUOTE(Double J Jamal Jefri @ Dec 3 2017, 07:49 AM) Just bought a pair of the new Asics Fuzex Rush a couple of weeks ago and it's safe to say that it is a superb running shoes. I'm lovin' it ! How much you bought?I wore Puma before and it doesn't give enough comfort and protection to the inside of the foot. |

QUOTE(redshark_999 @ Dec 11 2017, 11:09 PM) hey guys, plan to start running back, weighing ~90kg, wanna get a proper running shoes, any recommended? tq Well I am similar weight as you and i have flat feet. I bought the Nike Flex RN 2017 at a discounted price at 1U yesterday. I havent started to run with it yet but it sure is comfortable for me at least. The other one thats comfortable is Asics Gel Kayano but at that price point its too expensive for me. Maybe when I have better stamina and the Nike breaks i will get that |

QUOTE(pjiis @ Dec 12 2017, 04:31 PM) i go to Alikhsan megastore bangi with foot pain when jog. I would suggest you go look for a specialist to check on the pain. It could be ligament or some sort. Not trying to scare you but its just a precaution. They ask me to buy gel quantum 360 for my foot. They say i under pronation just by refferring my pain area. Then i wore it and suddenly the pain got worsen... and the suddenly i realize my foot is 2E, so i change my lace for wide food type. The pain gone. But another problem appear. The normal size give me irritation aroung thalmus area. A friend ask me go to brooks. By stading at the machine they said im mild pronation They ask me to but Brooks GTs i dont remember but it i 4E. I dont buy the brooks because it is same with my nephew. I ask my nephew to swap the brooks shoe with my brand new gel quantum. Now i brist walk with brook shoes. But the pain came from another area..... its like if i run with this brook shoes i must change my jogging style. The problem is when i switch to trail shoes for trail jog.... then come back use this brooks run shoes... i will feel pain again up to my knee.. the question is why? On the side note, I am actually looking for a device that could play musics like Spotify without needing to bring my phone around my waist. I saw this https://bemighty.com/ that could play spotify music on the go without needing to spend so much on a watch. Any other stuffs that I could play musics? I already have my bluetooth earphone so I dont think i will get a mp3 headphone or some sort.. hmmm..... |
