𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧 (Prepaid users who need to top up):
1. Pengguna pelanggan WD berserta tempoh sah 28 / 36 bulan, dan
2. Pengguna yang berdaftar lebih 120 hari, dan
3. Pengguna Aktif (aktif) yang mempunyai penggunaan data/sms/call tanpa top up.

𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧(Prepaid users who DON'T need to top up):
1. Pengguna pelanggan tempoh sah 6 / 12 bulan.
2. Pengguna yang berdaftar kurang 120 hari.
3. Pengguna yang mempunyai tambah nilai (terkumpul RM30) sehari sebelum SMS blasting.
4. BR sedia ada.
5. Pengguna yang mempunyai tambah nilai (terkumpul RM100) dalam tempoh setahun.
6. Pengguna yang mempunyai tempoh sah lebih 28 / 36 bulan disebabkan telah berlaku tambah nilai yang menyumbang kepada pemanjangan tempoh sah.

After port in, still cannot receive OTP from different banks after 4 days. But can receive SMS from normal people.

If buy validity, no need to top up every 120 days.

do you mean after port in with xox with 28 months  validity, i still can buy the RM25 1 year validity in order to avoid  to top up RM 30every 120 days?

Yes,you can still purchase 1 year validity on top of the free 36 months validity,you don't need to top up RM30 every 120 days for 1 year but not sure about the rest 28

+ 8 = 36 months.

Because this T & C just started on 1st.April,2024 there's no information regarding this. Maybe you can call onexox customer service for inquiry.

Due to the new T & C for prepaid, new prepaid users are ADVISED by dealers to purchase the 1 year validity and then purchase Happy Hour promo which are far more

worth/cheaper than welcome deals.......except those dealers who want to earn the incentives for welcome deals that new users purchased.
