Today many prepaid users are "BARRED" till 29/06/2024 even though some prepaid users did purchase 1 year validity @ RM25 more than 6 months ago.

Onexox c.s. are asking for proof of purchasing the 1 year validity to UNBARRED their prepaid line.

So now prepaid users need to keep "PROOF" when purchasing the 1 year validity for future.........

wth...we need to keep the record. their system dont record the purchase history. later even with screenshot proof, the probaly say but the is no purchased record made in the system and accuse us for faking the screeshot

I'm confused. If I have 28 months validity, I still have to either top up RM30 every 120 days or buy RM25 1 year validity? Then what is the point of 28 months validity?

Maybe still have many data, minutes and credits ?

It's 28 + 8 = 36 months .........no more point of having 36 months validity since need to top up RM30 every 120 days.

The validity is no longer attractive. They probably cannot sustain anymore because people are parking their no. without spending.

No,you can't get back your previous validity.

If you reload RM30 and purchase 1 year validity after you received the "BARRED" sms, you get 30 days + 365 days = 395 days validity only.

And you need to save the proof of your purchase 1 year validity in case your prepaid "BARRED" months later like many other prepaid users faced on 30/05/2024.

Just be perpared to lose our lines suddenly, at this rate

yes, have to be very careful if use onexox. for those who keep in drawer or modem, then beware.

That's why their dealers find it's hard to sign up new users now and many existing "BARRED" prepaid users top up RM5 and then port-out.

1st sms warning about line barred 30 days then 2nd sms warning about line blocked 30 days and 3rd sms inform line terminated.
Yeah.......for those who rarely put the simcard in phone.

Gee, if the 28-36 months doesn't apply, they should really update the app to show the 120 days validity date instead. Confusing wei.

I never use CIMB or any banking app to reload. Just buy from Shopee/Lazada.

ok now i having receiving tac sms problem, kinda regret port to xox now.

Some banking TAC needs a few days to be refreshed.
