How to stop the spam XOX?...

XOX will deduct my credit for SMS request that I NEVER keyin

Got to know when got SMS I've sent On SMS to the provider which I never sent!

Happen twice in one month. Contacted XOX & they say i sent the SMS

Did that last month on the same case....even forward to aduan SKMM..

XOX Reply: no refund because they claimed I send it,,,no refund

aduan SKMM: They just forward my complaint to XOX...nothing else done...

So this's the second time happening

XOX say they cannot block that number.

They advise me to press "STOP xxxxxx" to stop it.....

Always claimed user problem & never XOX system issue

Happening again for the third time!

I didn't request or send any SMS out but received Surprise!

Credit deducted twice for SMS "send"...

As usual, XOX will investigate again

Useless to report to SKMM....Tried that

SKMM will pass back to XOX

Tried that....XOX claimed I did send the SMS request...so no Refund

I told them why am I took the trouble to report to XOX if i did request it..They ignored
