The strange thing is that I called XOX and they told me to do it online. I cant find it so I messaged the reseller who ported my line into onefamily before. She also told me to do online.

46.  COBP from any of the existing Prepaid Plans to ONEfamily Plan is allowed. These changes can be done via XOX Self Care.

I really cant find it as well other than choosing to MNP... but there is no Onexox in the list. Maybe I should choose celcom and try?

Update: Just tried selecting Celcom and it gave an error that the phone number I wanna port is already in onexox.

Maybe they mistaken I wanna port into OneFamily as principal line. I saw the option to transfer in as principal line but not as supp lines.

And now survived dealers are talking about a high position person in this telco had said "Sale kita teruk gila" before hari raya with screenshot of the messenger chat.

My up dealer had took my number and change it to Balck from prepaid
I just change 3 cards to XOX and terminate my dealer number from ONEXOX
then waited few days to change back all to diffrent telco

Now I don't need to purchase MNP sim,SRP sim,simpack,eRecharge and don't need any oneSys or oneXapp,no need to achieve monthly/yearly KPI.

Luckily at that time before I quit as dealer, I already plan to earned the 6% UGU commissions(Now onexox revised UGU commission to 5%)

you lucky, me very weird, demoted dealer not remember years ago    because part time no chance to meet keep upgrading KPI

Yeah.....but if you got many users,you can still earn some cash maybe few hundreds $$$ monthly without any dealer's KPI.

Just need one normal onexox prepaid number with RM25 purchase validity per year.

Luckily I discover this method years ago for small income earnings in case my dealership terminated

and yes just as I expected my dealership did terminated but still earning some cash.
