Buy one year validity for RM 25.

But why i need buy 1 year valid since got 36 months till june 2026
I know need top up rm30 every 6 months or so,
But its too late now?

I know. It is the same for everyone too, we still have years of validity left. Just buy one year for RM 25 and you don’t need to reload every few months and line won’t be barred.

I recently did the same for my mom‘s no. too and her line will expire in 2027 (from 2026).

So if i buy 1 year rm25 and the rest will be resume back as u mean?

Hi can I ask - even if your mom's line now say expire 2027, you still have to buy one year Rm25 next year 2025 to repeat the steps correct?
Basically we have to keep track of our own validity instead of using what the system say ?

Hi, are you sure it's June 2026 ? Expiry date should be extended to July 2026. and the next RM30 top up should be in September 2024(120 days)

If you have proof something like screenshot,you can email to cs@onexox.my with the proof.

Did your mom's prepaid passed the 1 year validity that is purchased ? Better check if already over 16 months from the date of purchase 1 year validity.

According to dealers, you still need to top up RM30 every 120 days after the 1 year validity that you purchased lapsed unless they change the T & C again.

HI all, according to T & C, all extended validity from "Top up transaction" and "Validity purchased" : no need to top up RM30 every 120 days within these validity

period.

AFAIK if you purchased 1 year validity on top of your 2 years validity,the first year no need to top up RM30 every 120 days but need to top up on the 2nd and 3rd

year of your validity(Info from dealers)

I didn’t buy any validity for my mom in the past because it’s a MNP-ed no. from other telco. So she has been enjoying free 36 months (I think) validity until the SMS reminders were sent to her no.
I checked with CS already before buying and they said that’s the only option. I think most economical option as well.

No choice. RM 25 for one year is more economical than RM 30 every 120 days.
Since you have reloaded RM 30, just use it to buy the validity then.

And it will resume my valid from june 2026 + 1 year,
Till june 2027?

As this T & C just started on 1st.April,2024 and different c.s. called on different day provide different info/answer which means even their c.s. are not sure how it works.

mine still auto renewal yesterday. hope people can inform any changes on June later.

porting in to onexox and end up my old network already terminated and they still haven't send me the esim qr code. been trying to activate using their app also no luck keep saying invalid iccid. really bad experience .
