hey guys, am doing MNP (U mobile to XOX) online but get stuck at porting info page, chose the correct mobile operator and keyed in the exact number i currently own and wanted to port over (018*******) but after i click proceed it refresh and direct me back to the same page, anyone can help?

thx for the suggestion but i dont find any xox dealer in my area thats why i have to go for online application, thought it would be convenient if i just apply online and wait for the simcard

sifus i've topped up rm30 to my new sim but find out that it split into 2 acc RM20 for DA and rm14.85 for MA, doesnt allow me to buy SP PLUS 30 due to 'not enough airtime' rm14.85 , may i ask what should i do?

may i ask do i have to re-register with the banks for TAC code after mnp succeed? i read through few topics saying that theres problem receiving tac after porting.

am porting from umobile to xox

hi sifus, i just done mnp from celcom to xox, after i insert the new sim into my iPhone it shows no service, even i manually selected the onexox in network selection also same, but strangely if i insert into my android phone it has no such issue, may i ask is there any extra setting need to be done on iphone device?

does anyone had similar issue before which unable to make or receive phone call after mnp?

when i try to make call the signal would strg away go disappear and reappear with signal again but with EDGE, call never go through

xox performed reprovision data on my profile few times still cant solve this problem (but solved no service issue after mnp), i find out quiet a number of ppl in iphone fb group hv similar issue after mnp regardless of which telcos, call just cant get through, either no 2g coverage for calling or volte not available in certain area might also be one of the cause i assume, also i tried to insert the same new sim on other device got no problem, or other telco sim on my phone also no such problem, really headache

maybe i will just give it a few more weeks and see if this last issue of mine will sort itself out as i hv tried almost every approach, will hv to transfer the minutes n data to my secondary xox no and mnp to other telco ald, what a hassle

yes i changed to this, after requested for volte i am able to make call and it stays as lte during call, but now not able to use cellular data

despite able to make call now i am unable to use the cellular data doh.gif, i am done man i will keep retry for few more days if still cant i will just simply make a switch, good for me and also xox customer service/technician, although the problem is not on me but the whole thing make me feel like i am a troublemaker keep bugging xox customer service/technician

thanks again for the useful infos, i have actually subscribed to monthly data and able to use mobile data (before volte activated), now after volte activated for my number and finally i am able to make call, n then now cant use mobile data pula, i will hv to revert back to xox on tomorrow again doh.gif

we are in the same boat man, after my number activated with volte n finally able to make call, i felt relief thought everything solved but then when i try to use mobile data, another shit happens again, solved A then B become issue doh.gif

1. from first day i mnp, no service
2. after calling careline, was told will perform reprovision of my profile, after tht able to use mobile data & send/receive sms, but cant make call
3. perform the same thing again, back to no service, reperform again, back to 2
4. today after request to enable volte n finally able to make call, there it goes cant use mobile data

for the first time ever i encountered so much hassle doing mnp doh.gif

will update here again on tomorrow

hv been using xox for my secondary phone no for many years n dint encounter any problem so i chose xox over hotlink for long validity plan, dint expect i will hv to go through all these small hiccups

should be yes for android device, also if your signal dint drop to E and remain as 4G when u make/receive call, then yes volte is enabled

Hi, i too got the message 'Tambah nilai sebelum 30/4/24 utk mengelakkan nombor anda disekat.'

may i ask if i have purchased the 1 year validity@rm25 (valid until May 2026) before this latest t&c update, do i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or top up and purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity even though i am still within the current validity period?

i am getting different answer from facebook cs, stating i still need to top up rm30 every 4 months or use that top up to purchase another 6 months or 1 year validity, quite confusing

could be volte has not been enabled for your number, call customer service and request them to enable volte and see if issue persists
