If we receive shared season pass data, is it immediately usable? Or it goes in a wallet and we need to redeem like season pass?

ok another one. correct me if my understanding is wrong.
1. SP plus is a monthly data/voice/sms package where monthly renewal is required, and where the quota is carried forward every month
2. SP is a bundle of quota which we can use to allocate throughout the following months as per allowed by the system, hence no nid for monthly renewal

given that such a similar name for the plans, is there any similarity at all between this two? i.e., SP plus can also share their monthly quota to a normal xox prepaid user

Receiver can activate anytime to use the SP, to activate is just like normal internet subscription

SP+ monthly renewal is not mandatory, as we can turn it off. User will not get freebies (extra data,min,sms) if the auto renewal is off

No auto renewal for normal SP

As mentioned, all data,min,sms in SP can be shared between onexox users

I just saw on XOX website that the lowest Monthly Data Plan is 1Gb, if cannot use up, it will be burnt?

I'm interested in the SP+ 30 but a little confused about RM30/30 days. It says 5gb + free 1gb data + 50 mins + 50 sms. Does it mean the 5gb data is burnt after 30 days while only the 1gb data + 50 mins + 50 sms remains in the SP+?

I am already on the SP FAT 5O currently. If I buy an additional SP+, I will have two Special Passes (SP and SP+). Do I need to draw down and renew the data, voices and sms separately each month? If I use data, which SP account will be used first?

If the SP+ data can be carried forward, then it does not matter if I auto renew 500mb, 1gb or 10gb every month because the unused data can be carried forward. Renewal is redundant. So it's better to have auto renewal switched on because of free gifts. Am I right?

Whatever SP plan u purchase will be credited into only 1 SP counter

Whatever in SP counter will remain valid same as your credit validity

Only active data will have 30 days validity (depend on data plan activated)

SP+ auto renew will give freebies + can carry forward if not activated

Any subscribed SP Plus quota (data+minutes+sms) will all be stored in the same Season Pass wallet (SP Balance). Usage of data, minutes and sms is exactly the same as it has always been.

The only difference is the added freebies and auto-renewal. You can buy anytime and as many time as you want but the freebies is only given once every 30 days.

The Season Pass Plus banner advertisement can be misleading. People is getting confused with the carry forward thing and making people think that its a data plan that can be carried forward. Why cant Xox just make it easy and simple to understand ?

Just say that it is a normal Season Pass with freebies lah ... I went to chat with a dealer and he showed his sp+ purchase .... its just like any other season pass ... activate data to use and bla bla bla ... just plus the auto renewal ....
