I just port out from celcom postpaid to digi prepaid on Sunday 22 Oct.. My intention was to port RedOne originally... but later on I was told that, MNP to RedONE prepaid isn't available for now.. (system problem something like that)..
Now I consider to port-in Xpax/Onexox (or other celcom MNVO)..
Do I have to wait until 22 Nov to submit my MNP?

Opps.onexox, then there's no difference If I turn off Auto Renewal and subscribe season pass plus again on 1 December , and leaving Auto Renewal on and letting it auto subscribe on 1 Dec. , So why keep stressing that auto renewal must be on to get the freebies when you can also get the freebies again if you subscribe to new season pass on 1 Dec.

Hello there !

To everyone who wishes to subscribe to Season Pass Plus, here's what you need to know:

1. This is still a standard Season Pass package and with the same usage method. Everything that you purchase goes into Season Pass wallet / counter.

2. You still need to take a block out and activate against your desired data plan (example, 1GB/30days plan).

3. The difference is that you will get extra freebies with your Season Pass Plus subscription (ie. free extra data + 50 minutes + 50 sms).

4. You will get the freebies only once per 30 days monthly cycle. Example :

- You subscribe to Season Pass Plus 50 on 1st November, you will get 2GB+50mins+50sms freebies. If you turn off auto-renewal and subscribe again on the 15th November, you will not get the freebies.
- You will get the freebies again If you did not turn off auto-renewal and have enough credits to successfully renew your subscription on the 1st of December.
- You will also get the freebies if you turn off auto-renewal for previous 1st November subscription and do a new Season Pass Plus subscription on the 1st December.

5. If you have insufficient credit then renewal will fail and auto-subscription is automatically canceled.

6. This can be considered as a semi-postpaid subscription. You need to have sufficient credit for next renewal so you have to topup before renewal date.

7. Of course, you can turn off auto renewal (sms SP AR OFF to 22111) and treat this as a one-off purchase.

8. Season Pass Plus is available anytime of the day so you no longer have to wait for Happy Hours (except maybe for 333 minutes).

Hope the above clarifications helps everyone to make better decisions.
Thank you.

Correct me if my interpretation is wrong.

1. You want freebies, must turn on auto-renewal and must have sufficient credits available on the renewal date.

2. You get freebies once per 30 days monthly cycle. You get no freebies if subscribed SP+ again within 30 days from the last subscription date after turned off auto-renewal.

Hello there Ngto !

The example was only meant to show how the freebies entitlement works and how to get it with / without auto-renewal.

Thank you.

Hello there iamoracle !

1. Yes, correct. If on auto-renew + enough credits = successful renewal with freebies.

2. Yes, your understanding is also correct here.

Thank you.

If I am not mistaken, doesn't matter your auto renewal is on or off, you won't get freebies the 2nd time if you subscribe more than once in same month.

Some quick questions. I am currently on XOX 10gb + 10gb SP (new subscriber).

I would like to use the internet to check my emails and whatsapp when I am in Thailand or Singapore for a few days each time. I read somewhere that international roaming is switched on by default.

1. So when I am in these countries, I can automatically access internet without further configuration?

2. Will the cost of data usage be the same as in Malaysia?

3. If I purchase an additional voice SP, can I call or sms back Malaysia when I am in these countries?

Hello there !

Please be advised that international roaming is for calls and sms only. No data roaming available with onexox.

Season Pass data, voice and sms are for local (within MY) usage only.

Thank you.

Oppa.OneXOX, I was reading the FAQ again , and I am still unclear about your point 4 above (bolded statement).

This is what is in the FAQ :-

Is there any condition for me to get the FREE items in my Season Pass PLUS (SP+) plan?

As long as your plan auto renews every month, you will get the FREE items on every renewal date! However, if you cancel your auto-renewal and the next time you repurchase the same plan again, you may not be entitled for one month of FREE items. But, don’t worry! Just make sure you have enough credit balance for your plan to renew successfully every month, so that you can constantly receive FREE benefits every month! Yes it’s that simple!

The " .....may not be entitled ...." part is a bit vague in the FAQ.

Or am I mistaken that " Repurchasing a new season Plus" in your point 4, is the same as "Repurchasing the same plan again" in the FAQ ?

Hello there Ngto,

The above refers to any attempt to buy again before the renewal date lapse (after turning off auto-renewal).

Its just anti abuse mechanism, to prevent multi-purchase just to get more freebies.

Just wait until after the renewal date has ended before subscribing again to get the freebies.

Thank you.

U will get 28 months validity once switch to onexox

Every topup will extend the validity longer. Eg topup rm30, new validity will be 28 months + 30 days. If not topup any value, ur number will stay active until 28 months

Season pass - place to store data, mins, sms
Eg purchase sp+ 30, u will get 6gb, 50 mins, 50 sms

U can activate minimum 500MB per month meaning can last up to 1 year

Eg

Thanks for the info, OneXOX must have changed the quota deducted. I had these data entrails since last year. I only ever buy 500MB, 1GB and 2GB from Season Pass.

It's around the 3rd week of May 2017 that they changed this. I noticed a weird balance in my Season Pass and wrote to them earlier... nod.gif

So if I understand this correctly from what I read before for Season Pass Plus.

The carry forward option is where your unused quota from this month goes into a Season Pass wallet that can be used in the following month.

Meaning that the quota can only be used when you have a Season Pass activated.

So if you have no Season Pass activated, you won't be able to use that "carry forward" quota. Correct me if I'm wrong.

And for the validity, the carry forward quota is valid till the number validity ends, just that it can't be used unless we have the Season Pass activated right? So if I have to go overseas for a few months and turn off auto renewal, when I come back and resubscribe for a new Season pass, I can use my balance quota from before right?

Another question for sharing.

If I'm porting out with my mom, very likely that we will be sharing. Will this combo work for sharing? i.e.: me as a season pass subscriber, my mom as a normal prepaid user; I'll share a portion of Data/Voice/SMS to my mom.

Or does both user have to subscribe to Season Pass in order for sharing to work?

You can share to any one you like as long you have the sufficient season pass balance & the receiver is onexox subscriber

50 cent will be charged to sender for every success transaction
