depends on your location really. in big areas line is okay. but in my room, where hotlink can give 4g, onexox/celcom gives me patchy connections even at 2g. another thing I realise I only can get tac if I set it to 4g/3g/2g or 3g/2g setting. I tried 3g only or 2g only setting then can't get.

Let's say my validity expires on 01/01/2019 and I subscribed to SP+ 30 on 01/11/2017 and turn off auto-renewal on 30/11/2017.

Will that mean I can use whatever balance left from 6G (5G+1G) data and 50 mins + 50 sms until 01/01/2019?

Is above what you meant? Need clarification because the FAQ stated free items will be given on renewal date instead.

a) unsure is there any carry forward quota ?
b) the carry forward any validity
c) the carry forward still active if no active subscription? Eg I have subscribed 500mb/mth (non renewal), then what happen to this month unused balance data, it won't burn and carried forward to next month, means next month I no need to subscribe but can use the Bal unused data? How about if still unused finish, will they be carried forward to third month and continue use?

Hello there !

To everyone who wishes to subscribe to Season Pass Plus, here's what you need to know:

1. This is still a standard Season Pass package and with the same usage method. Everything that you purchase goes into Season Pass wallet / counter.

2. You still need to take a block out and activate against your desired data plan (example, 1GB/30days plan).

3. The difference is that you will get extra freebies with your Season Pass Plus subscription (ie. free extra data + 50 minutes + 50 sms).

4. You will get the freebies only once per 30 days monthly cycle. Example :

- You subscribe to Season Pass Plus 50 on 1st November, you will get 2GB+50mins+50sms freebies. If you turn off auto-renewal and subscribe again on the 15th November, you will not get the freebies.
- You will get the freebies again If you did not turn off auto-renewal and have enough credits to successfully renew your subscription on the 1st of December.
- You will also get the freebies if you turn off auto-renewal for previous 1st November subscription and do a new Season Pass Plus subscription on the 1st December.

5. If you have insufficient credit then renewal will fail and auto-subscription is automatically canceled.

6. This can be considered as a semi-postpaid subscription. You need to have sufficient credit for next renewal so you have to topup before renewal date.

7. Of course, you can turn off auto renewal (sms SP AR OFF to 22111) and treat this as a one-off purchase.

8. Season Pass Plus is available anytime of the day so you no longer have to wait for Happy Hours (except maybe for 333 minutes).
