1. swtich to a different telco and return back to onexox ... this is a hit-or-miss thing ... some gets it and some not ... probably you may want to wait at least 30days before returning (maybe longer to reset the database) ... but this is just my guess ...
2. All balances (credit/season pass) will forfeit when you port out ... bear that in mind ... unless you have another onexox number to move out current balances ...
3. The simplest would be to send VALID 12 now and add 1 year to your existing validity ... no, you don't have to wait and the system will automatically deduct from both DA+MA to make up the rm25

Bear in mind that the validity shown could mean barred or blocked. You should really check in USSD *150*1# or *132# to confirm.
1. To add 1 year validity, send VALID 12 to 22111 for rm25 ... and it will be added to existing validity
2. Old onexox app no longer works ... get the new Black App and re-register with the old email ... can pm anyone you know here for the referral code to get the free 500mb data during registration ...
2a. The number 1st selected will be the main number shown and all other registered number(s) will be listed automatically after the 1st one.
3. In selfcare, you can add your other number(s) as sublines to manage (up-to 10 numbers)
the new black app is better and easier than the old onexox app ... you'll find it works better than selfcare ...

1. I downloaded XOX Black app and tried to re-register with my old email but couldn't. Is xox app facing problem?
