Actually can opt to collect via branch, if your home/office has HLB nearby. its quite fast compare to wait for snail mail which sometimes, can lost in transit.

Able to login now and download Sept statement, but it doesn't show any CB. Is it the same for everyone? Mine has gone bonkers because I paid my BT to this card before requesting for transfer. It considered that as early payment for last month outstanding. So I wonder if the system viewed that as no spending in the CB catogeries and hence no CB.

I got CB already doesn't mean you failed to earn CB. If <RM500 spendings, you would get 0.2% CB.

Advance payment won't have any impact on monthly CB. I paid extra (>statement balance) as well in late August.

P/S: Check your account again tomorrow.

Just spoke to CS. There is a bug in the system. She checked manually and I do get the CB for all catoegries, just not yet reflected. Will check again tomorrow or so.

just to confirm.. applicable top up eg i top up rm500 in tng = i paid 1% fee which is rm 5 but i get RM15 CB in return right?
