Hi I have activated (activated via Connect website, and PIN changed) my Sutera card (replaced from AirAsia card), however having difficulty to have my first transaction, tried reload TnG and ShopeePay both channel also unsuccessful.
Is that something need to do further for first transaction? |

How to play it actually? i see all prizes are fully redeemded? am i correct?

anyway i have tried it out with 100+ chances,gotten RM0.50 cashback for 4.. keep hitting for those fully redeemed and get nothing.

For ladder game, is my phone problem or the server problem? So lag, after the dice it have to stuck for a minute then only able to move?
